Harold Lorne Bassett

Harold was born in Trenton, Ontario and lived with his parents. He moved to Paris, and at 18 years of age married Margaret Ruth Raycraft. They lived at 76 Banfield Street. Harold worked as a cloth finisher at Wincey Mills in Paris when he enlisted during WWII. He served in C Company of the Dufferin and Haldimand Rifles.

Harold died at 59 years of age and is buried at St. George Cemetery in Trenton.
