28 Willow Street

Captain Edward Buchanan Stewart

Edward was born in 1915 and grew up at 28 Willow Street in Paris. He married Ruth Louise Chittenden in 1939 and enlisted in 1940. He survived the war, and moved to 250 Grand River St North in 1952. On July 4, 1955 was awarded the Canadian Forces Decoration for having 12 years of military service. He died at the age of 75 and is buried in the St. James Anglican Cemetery in Paris.
