Robert Midgley

Robert Weston Midgley, eldest Midgley brother, was born in Paris in 1917. He worked at Penman’s and lived at 98 Willow Street. He enlisted with Company C of the Dufferin and Haldimand Rifles shortly after the war began.

By 1942, Robert was a Lieutenant. In 1945, he was severely wounded in Holland, but survived. He lived to the age of 89 and is buried in the Paris Cemetery.
