Howard Austin Winch

Howard Austin Winch, born in 1925, and lived at 38 St. Andrew Street. He joined the Royal Canadian Navy where he rose to the rank of Sergeant. Austin survived the war and married his wife, Sarah Elsie. They moved to the Barrie, Ontario area where he died in 2017.
